Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking will be confirmed only after full/partial payment as per the policy.

Customers must provide correct details (name, contact number, pickup location, etc.) while booking.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made online or through approved offline methods.

Full payment must be cleared before the ride/trip starts.

Any extra charges (toll, parking, entry fees, etc.) are to be borne by the customer unless mentioned otherwise.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation within 24 hours of travel may attract a cancellation fee.

Refund timelines depend on the payment method and may take 5–7 working days.

In case of force majeure (natural calamities, strikes, sudden restrictions, etc.), refunds will be processed as per company discretion.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must reach the pickup point on time.

Any damage to the vehicle/property caused by the customer will be chargeable.

Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal activity during travel is strictly prohibited.

Company Responsibility

Dwarka Rides ensures safe and reliable travel but will not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

In case of vehicle breakdown, an alternative arrangement will be made (subject to availability).

Liability Disclaimer

The company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the trip.

Travel is at the customer’s own risk, though maximum safety measures are followed.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dwarka, Gujarat courts only.
