Refund Policy

  • Booking Cancellation by Customer

    • Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled ride: Full refund (after deducting payment gateway charges, if any).

    • Cancellation made within 24–48 hours of the ride: 50% refund.

    • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the ride: No refund.

  • No-Show Policy

    • If the customer does not show up at the pickup point on time, no refund will be provided.

  • Booking Cancellation by Dwarka Rides

    • If Dwarka Rides cancels the booking due to vehicle unavailability, driver issues, or other operational reasons: Full refund will be issued.

    • In case of natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions (force majeure), refunds will be processed on a case-to-case basis.

  • Partial Refunds

    • If a trip is shortened or modified due to customer request after it has started, no refund will be provided for the unused portion.

    • If the trip is interrupted due to unavoidable company issues, a fair partial refund or alternative service will be offered.

  • Processing Time

    • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 working days through the same payment method used during booking.

  • Non-Refundable Charges

    • Payment gateway fees, convenience fees, tolls, and parking charges (if already paid) are non-refundable.
