Booking Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled ride: Full refund (after deducting payment gateway charges, if any).

Cancellation made within 24–48 hours of the ride: 50% refund.

Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the ride: No refund.

No-Show Policy

If the customer does not show up at the pickup point on time, no refund will be provided.

Booking Cancellation by Dwarka Rides

If Dwarka Rides cancels the booking due to vehicle unavailability, driver issues, or other operational reasons: Full refund will be issued.

In case of natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions (force majeure), refunds will be processed on a case-to-case basis.

Partial Refunds

If a trip is shortened or modified due to customer request after it has started, no refund will be provided for the unused portion.

If the trip is interrupted due to unavoidable company issues, a fair partial refund or alternative service will be offered.

Processing Time

Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 working days through the same payment method used during booking.

Non-Refundable Charges

Payment gateway fees, convenience fees, tolls, and parking charges (if already paid) are non-refundable.
